[摘要] 当前,医院信息管理已成为现代医院管理的重要组成部分,随之而来的是高素质、复合型的医院信息管理
人员的缺少。本文利用复合型人才“木”字型通用胜任特征模型对医院信息管理人员这一复合型人才的胜任力进行了分析,为选拔复合型的医院信息管理人员和对现有人员的再培训提供参考依据。

[Abstract]At present,the hospital information management has become an important component of modern hospital management. As followed it,the hospital information management staffs who are excellent in information management,medical and computer is less,this article researched and analyzed the competency of hospital information management staff who is compound talents according to the “wood” font common competency model. it will provide the basis for selecting the compound hospital information management staffs and. retraining the in-service staffs.
