     [摘要] 目的 探讨情绪管理治疗对儿童攻击性行为的干预效果,为攻击性行为儿童的干预治疗提供依据。方法 应用情绪管理治疗对68例有攻击性行为儿童及其家庭进行为期10周的干预,采用Achenbach儿童行为量表(家长用)、90项症状自评量表进行干预前后评价。结果 干预后比较显示Achenbach儿童行为量表总分和攻击性因子、社交能力、体诉有显著性降低(P<0.05),父母SCL-90中躯体化、强迫、人际关系、焦虑、敌对因子有显著性降低(P<0.05)。结论 情绪管理治疗对儿童攻击性行为疗效肯定。
