曲马多配伍咪唑安定用于鼻腔术后镇痛的效果观察

[摘要] 目的 探讨关于曲马多配伍咪唑安定用于鼻腔术后镇痛效果的观察及用药护理。方法 将177例鼻腔手术后患者术日当晚肌肉注射曲马多100mg、咪唑安定2mg作为观察组,将177例鼻腔手术后患者术后当晚肌肉注射安痛定2mL作为对照组。结果 观察组与对照组比较,观察组获得良好的镇痛效果。结论 曲马多配伍咪唑安定可安全地用于鼻腔术后镇痛,效果优于单纯注射安痛定。
