双密达莫联合利巴韦林治疗疱疹性咽峡炎130例临床分析

     [摘要] 目的 探讨双密达莫联合利巴韦林治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法 将256例疱疹性咽峡炎的患儿随机分为观察组130例和对照组126例。观察组给予双密达莫(3～5)mg/(kg·d)、利巴韦林(5～10)mg/(kg·d),均分3次口服;对照组给予更昔洛韦5mg/(kg·d)和抗生素静脉点滴。两组均予常规退热、补充维生素等治疗。结果 观察组总有效率为96.15%,对照组为94.44%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 双密达莫联合利巴韦林治疗疱疹性咽峡炎用药方便,不良反应少,临床疗效好。
