[摘要] 目的 探讨视网膜母细胞瘤(Rb)基因在胃癌中的表达及在胃癌发生、发展中的作用。方法 应用免疫组化SP法检测122例胃癌组织中Rb的表达情况并分析其在胃癌中的作用。结果 Rb在胃癌中低表达,Rb阴性时具有明显的远处转移倾向。结论 Rb与胃癌的发生、发展以及侵袭、转移有关,检测Rb的表达将对胃癌的早期诊断、预后判断有一定指导意义。
