沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德治疗哮喘的疗效评价

[摘要] 目的 探讨沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德气雾剂治疗中度持续性支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法 治疗组给予沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德气雾剂,对照组仅给予沙丁胺醇气雾剂,观察比较两组的疗效及对肺功能的改善情况。结果 两组临床控制率、有效率比较差异有统计学意义。治疗组治疗后FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FEV1占预计值分别与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=8.424,P<0.05;t=5.432,P<0.05;t=7.436,P<0.05)。结论 两种药物联用治疗中度持续性支气管哮喘疗效好,值得临床推广和应用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of salbutamol combined with budesonide in the treatment of asthma. Methods The treatment group was given salbutamol combined with budesonide aerosol and the control group was given salbutamol aerosol and a comparison of the curative efficacy was made between the two groups. Results The two groups showed a significant difference in the clinical control rate and the effective rate.
