[摘要] 建设和谐医院是目前我国各医院积极探讨、开展运行的课题之一。和谐医院的建立有利于构建和谐医患关系,提高医疗质量,减少医疗事故和纠纷,从而促进医院快速发展。本文分别从构建医院内部的和谐关系、营造医患之间的和谐关系以及营造医院与社会公众的和谐关系三方面阐述构建和谐医院的方法并对其进行讨论。

[Abstract] Building a harmonious hospital is one of the important issues that we are actively exploring and practicing in our country currently. The establishment of a harmonious hospital is conducive to building a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients and improving medical quality and reducing medical malpractice or disputes so as to promote its rapid development. We describe and discuss a way of building a harmonious hospital from building a harmonious relationship within the hospital,and creating harmonious relations between doctors and patients as well as between the hospital and the public ......
