交互式音乐治疗对儿童焦虑障碍的疗效(1)

[摘要] 目的 观察交互式音乐治疗儿童焦虑障碍的临床效果。方法 将我院2009年1~10月收治的儿童焦虑障碍患者30例随机分为观察组(交互式音乐治疗)和对照组(常规治疗)各15例,对两组治疗后的焦虑程度进行比较。结果 观察组治疗前后的焦虑程度总分、躯体性焦虑因子分和精神性焦虑因子分均有显著的降低(P<0.05)。而对照组治疗前后的焦虑程度总分、躯体性焦虑因子分和精神性焦虑因子分降低差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 儿童焦虑障碍患者采用交互式音乐治疗有一定的临床效果,值得推广应用。
