[摘要]前列腺素(prostaglandins，PG)最早是从羊精囊中提取的，来源于花生四烯酸中的一类酯类介质，现在可以通过用生物合成的方法获取，目前已有90多种。前列腺素对呼吸、消化、心血管和生殖系统等都有着重要的药理和生理的作用，因此此类药物的应用十分的广泛。本文就前列腺素在妇产科领域的应用进行详细综述。
