[摘要] 临床实习是医学教育的重要阶段，医学生的职业道德、临床思维、操作技能培养均取决于实习阶段的教育。普通外科是外科学的基础，临床教学过程中，带教老师要促进学生理论与实践的结合，加强医德医风教育，强化教学管理，培养其临床思维能力和外科实践技能，促进医学生转变为合格的临床医生。
