产前超声诊断胎儿肢体畸形的价值

[摘要] 目的 探讨产前超声诊断胎儿肢体畸形的价值。方法 对2008年1月～2009年12月在我院行产前超声检查的9897例孕13～40周的孕妇，主要运用二维超声结合三维成像，采用按顺序追踪检查法重点检查胎儿四肢。结果 9897例孕妇中，经引产或出生后证实的胎儿肢体畸形32例，14例四肢短小畸形、1例双上肢及双下肢完全缺如、1例双下肢缺如、1例人体鱼序列征、1例双侧桡骨缺失、2例一侧手掌及部分尺桡骨缺如、1例桡骨发育不良伴手内翻、2例重叠指、6例双足内翻、3例多指(趾)，其中14例合并其他畸形。产前超声检出30例，1例漏诊及1例部分漏诊。结论 产前行超声检查能尽早发现胎儿肢体畸形，减少畸形儿的出生率。

The Value of Prenatal Ultrasound Diagnosis for Fetal Limb Malformations

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the value of prenatal ultrasound scan in the diagnosis of fetal limb malformations. Methods There were 9897 cases of women with pregnant from 13 to 40 weeks who were diagnosed by ultrasound scan in our hospital during January 2008 to December 2009 were collected. By using the three-dimensional ultrasonography, the fetal limbs were measured following procedure tracing scan method. Results In 9897 cases of pregnant women, 32 cases of fetal limb malformations were confirmed by the induction of labor or after birth. Among them, 14 cases of limb deformities short, one case of upper limbs and lower limbs entirely absent, 1 case of absence of both lower extremities, 1 case of sequence of the human fish levy, 1 case of bilateral radial bone loss, 2 cases of the side of the hand and part of the absence of the radius and ulna, and 1 radial dysplasia associated with varus hand, 2 cases of overlap refers to six cases of varus feet, 3 cases of multiple fingers(toes). Of which 14 cases complicated with other malformations, and 30 cases with fetal limb malformations were detected by prenatal ultrasound scan, 1 case missed diagnosis and 1 case partially missed. Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound examination could detect the fetal limb deformities as early as possible, therefore reducing the birth rate of deformed children.
