精浆α1-MG、IgG水平与男性精子运动功能的关系研究(1)

     [摘要]目的 探讨男性不育症患者精浆α1-MG、IgG与各项精液动态参数的相关性。方法 不育症患者65例分为精子活力正常组和不良组,精子活率正常组和下降组,正常生育者24例作为生育组。检测各组精浆α1-MG、IgG含量以及各项精液动态参数。结果 精浆IgG含量与精子活力、活率呈正相关(r=0.29、0.33,P<0.05或P<0.01),与精子直线速度、前向性呈负相关(r=-0.233、-0.235,P<0.05);精浆α1-MG含量与精子曲线速度、平均移动角度呈负相关(r=-0.31、-0.26,P<0.05)。结论 精浆α1-MG、IgG含量与精子动态参数关系密切,为临床治疗及发病机制的研究提供一定的实验依据。

    Relationship between the Contents of α1-MG、IgG in the Seminal Plasma and Sperm Dynamic Indexes in Infertile Patients

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the relativity between the contents of α1-microglobulin(α1-MG),immunoglobulin G(IgG)of the seminal plasma and sperm dynamic indexes in infertile males. Methods Sixty-five infertile patients were divided into normal vitality group and abnormal vitality group,normal motility group and decreased motility group,and 24 normal males were as control group. All patients were detected of α1-MG,IgG and sperm dynamic indexes. Results The content of IgG was positively correlated with sperm vitality,motility(r=0.29、0.33,P<0.05 or P<0.01)and negatively correlated with sperm straight-line velocity,straightness(r=-0.233、-0.235,P<0.05);the content of α1-MG had a significant negative relation to sperm curvilinear velocity,mean angle of deviation(r=-0.31、-0.26,P<0.05). Conclusion The contents of α1-MG and IgG in seminal plasma are closely related to sperm dynamic indexes. Determination of them may afford valuable evidence in exploring the mechanism of infertility and clinical medication.

    在不育夫妇中,因男性因素,如激素、睾丸、染色体、附睾、精液及精神异常和生殖道感染等导致的不育症占有较高的比例。精液中小分子多肽含量的变化对精子的发育、成熟及转运也有重要影响[1]。为了探讨男性精子动态参数的相关性,我们采用速率散射比浊法对65例不育男性精浆中α1-MG、IgG进行含量检测,现报道如下。
