脑电地形图、脑电图检查在早期急性脑型血吸虫病的诊断价值(1)

     [摘要] 目的 观察早期急性脑型血吸虫病患者脑电地形图及脑电图改变特点,为临床诊断与治疗提供重要依据。方法 将有明显疫水接触史,且直肠镜检与血清免疫学检查阳性,而影像学检查阴性,突然出现明显头痛、抽搐等症状时行BEAM、EEG检查的46例急性脑型血吸虫病患者设为脑血组;将有不同程度头痛史(半年左右)的偏头痛,行BEAM、EEG检查的患者30例设为对照组。结果 脑血组患者BEAM、EEG表现出不同程度的异常,较对照组差异有统计学意义(χ2=49.823,P<0.01):脑血组异常情况边缘5例,轻度异常12例,轻~中度异常20例,中~重度异常8例,1例正常;而对照组异常情况边缘3例,轻度异常2例,轻~中度异常1例,其余24例均正常。结论 BEAM、EEG异常是诊断早期急性脑型血吸虫病的一项敏感指标,其异常程度与病程临床类型相关,动态观察可发现脑神经细胞的损害情况。

    The Value of BEAM and EEG of Early Stage Acute Cerebral Schistosomiasis

    [Abstract] Objective To Evaluate changes of brain electrical activity mapping(BEAM)and electroencephalogram(EEG)in patients with early stage Acute Cerebral Schistosomiasis(ACS)is important for quality promotion in diagnosis and therapy of disorder. Methods Brain blood group(study group):Patients(46)diagnosed with early stage ACS,according to history of contacting infected water,positive results in proctoscopy and immunoserology, negative results in Imageology,with sudden symptoms of headache and muscle twitching,were selected to detect BEAM and EEG. Control group:Patients(30)complain some headaches or migraine and muscle twitching(in about 6 months)were detected BEAM and EEG. Results Abnormality of BEAM and EEG in patients of study group was evaluated as various changes,of which all abnormals are significantly(χ2=49.823,P<0.01)different from group of control. In detail,BEAM and EEG in 46 patients with ACS presented edge-abnormal(5 cases),mild-abnormal(12 cases),mild to middle (20 cases),middle to severe(8 cases),and normal(1 cases). In contrast,however,BEAM and EEG detections in control group shown only 3 patients edge-abnormal,2 mild-abnormal,1 mild to middle-abnormal and 24 normals.
