[摘要]目的 探讨奥硝唑治疗滴虫性阴道炎的疗效，关注治疗前后阴道灌洗液中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的表达差异。方法190例滴虫性阴道炎患者依入院顺序分为两组。对照组共95例，应用替硝唑进行治疗；观察组共95例，应用奥硝唑治疗。观察治疗的效果，同时检测治疗前、治疗后阴道灌液液中IL-6的含量，观察不同治疗方法对IL-6的影响。结果 治疗5d后，观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组，观察组与对照组患者治疗后阴道灌洗液中的IL-6均下降，但是观察组的下降值明显高于对照组。结论 滴虫性阴道炎患者应用奥硝唑治疗临床疗效明显，并能有效调节阴道中的IL-6的含量，进而调节阴道的微环境，临床治疗中可以推广应用。

Clinical Observation on Treating Trichomonas Vaginitis by Ornidazole

[Abstract] Objective To explore the curative effect of treating trichomonas vaginitis by ornidazole，also to observe interleukin 6 (IL-6) expression differences in vaginal lavage fluid before and after treatment. Methods Collecting 190 patients with trichomonas vaginitis，and were divided into two groups by admission order. Control group with 95 cases were treated by tinidazole， and observation group with 95 cases were treated by ornidazole. Then observing curative effect after treatment，and testing IL-6 level in vaginal lavage fluid before and after treatment， also exploring the influence on IL-6 by different treatments. Results Observing results 5 days later after treatments，and total effect rate in observation group was obviously higher than control group. IL-6 level in vaginal lavage fluid in 2 groups were both decreased， but decreased value in observation group was significantly higher than the one in control group. Conclusion The clinical efficacy was definite of treating trichomonas vaginitis by ornidazole， and it can effectively adjust IL-6 level in vagina， and further adjust vaginal microenvironment，so it can be positively used in clinical treatment.

滴虫性阴道炎证实为阴道感染毛滴虫感染引起，是妇女最常见的生殖道感染性疾病之一，而且近几年发现其有上升趋势。奥硝唑是第三代硝基咪唑类药物，具有良好的抗厌氧菌及抗滴虫等作用[1]。有研究显示滴虫性阴道炎患者阴道灌液洗中白细胞介素明显升高[2]。我们针对滴虫性阴道炎的患者应用奥硝唑治疗，并关注治疗前、治疗后阴道灌洗液中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的表达差异，探讨治疗对症状及微环境改善的临床意义，现报道如下。
1 资料与方法
