[摘要] 目的 观察手术室围手术期应用连续性健康教育的效果,探讨其临床价值。方法 选择外科手术480例患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各240例,对照组常规术前宣教,观察组实施术前、术中、术后及家属连续性健康教育。结果 手术前观察组SAS评分(31.45±8.67)低于对照组(37.23±9.12);健康教育内容掌握82.50%、住院满意97.92%高于对照组59.17%、89.58%;医疗纠纷及差错发生率0.42%低于对照组的3.75%(P<0.05)。结论 连续性健康教育可以显著降低手术患者SAS、掌握健康教育内容、提高住院满意度、减少医疗纠纷及差错的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Effect Evaluation of Continuous Health Education during Perioperation in Operating Room

[Abstract] Objective To observe the application effect of continuous health education during perioperation in operating room and discuss the clinical value. Methods We selected 480 patients undergoing srugery, according to random number method,they were divided into observation group and control group with 240 cases in each;Control group received routine preoperative mission,observation group implement preoperative,during,after the health education and their family members and continuity. Results Before surgery observation group SAS score was (31.45±8.67),it was lower than the control group (37.23±9.12);Health education content master was 82.50%,the rate of satisfaction was 97.92%,they were higher than control group 59.17% and 89.58%;Medical disputes and error rate was 0.42%,it was lower than control group 3.75%(P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous health education can significantly reduce SAS of surgery patients,and grasp the health education content, improve hospital satisfaction,reduce medical disputes and mistake occurrence,and is worthy of clinical application.

健康教育是进行针对患者或健康人群开展的具有特色的健康教育活动,是实现整体护理的重要措施,手术室实施术前、术中、术后的连续性健康教育,保证了患者整体护理的整体性,可提高患者及家属的健康意识和自我保健知识,减少术后并发症[1]。根据这一模式,我院手术室在围手术期应用连续性健康教育,取得满意的效果,报道如下。
1 对象与方法
1.1 研究对象
随机选择2009年1月~2010年12月外科手术480例作为研究对象;包括乳房手术、胃大部切除、胆囊切除、胸外科肺切除、子宫切除、脑外科手术等;男/女为260:220;年龄最小15岁,最大81岁,平均(49.23±15.45)岁。将480例患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各240例。年龄、性别、病种、文化程度、手术及麻醉方式等一般资料在两组间分布均衡(P>0.05),具有可比性。
1.2 健康教育方法
对照组常规术前准备及宣教;观察组实施下列连续性健康教育。
