[摘要] 目的 探讨三维断层比色、配色技术在口腔修复中的临床应用。方法 对我院277例患者随机分为两组,Ⅰ组采用三维断层比色的方法为患者进行修复体选择,Ⅱ组采用常规比色方法,观察两组患者修复体带入后其色泽是否满意,由患者和医师共同评价。结果 采用三维断层比色、配色技术,患者对修复体的色泽满意度较高,达94.71%,医生的满意度为93.53%,满意度明显优于采用常规比色方法(P<0.05),证明三维断层比色、配色技术可较好地为患者口腔提供更完美的色泽。结论 使用三维断层比色、配色技术,可在口腔修复中取得较好的效果,值得在临床推广使用。

Study on the Clinical Application of Three-dimensional Fault Colorimetry and Color Matching Technology in Restorative Dentistry

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical application of three-dimensional fault colorimetry and color matching technology in restorative dentistry. Methods All 277 cases in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,Ⅰ group was using three-dimensional fault colorimetry and color matching technology of the color restoration method for the patients,Ⅱ group was using conventional colorimetric method. The color of satisfaction and physician jointly In two groups after restoration were evaluated by the patient's own and doctors. Results Three-dimensional fault colorimetry and color matching technology,the color restoration in patients with higher satisfaction,up to 94.71%,the doctor was 93.53%,satisfaction was significantly better than the conventional colorimetric method(P<0.05),it was proof that three-dimensional fault colorimetry and color Matching technology can be better for the patient's mouth to provide more perfect color. Conclusion Using three-dimensional fault than color matching technology,which get better in oral rehabilitation in effect,it is in clinical use.

随着生活水平的日渐提高,人们对自己的健康问题逐渐关注。口腔健康由于与人的生活息息相关,而人们在进行口腔修复时,也不仅注重其使用便利[1],也有越来越多的人关注口腔的美观。以往的口腔修复已经不能满足人们的需求。现今,陶瓷技术、类陶瓷技术等多种美容性质的口腔修复逐渐被应用到临床的口腔治疗过程中。而如何为患者选择准确的比色、配色,为其提供更优质的、无损耗的色彩信息[2],则日渐成为口腔修复中的关键问题。以往使用的常规单一的比色板已经不能满足患者对义齿颜色的需求,随着三维断层技术的应用,为这一工作带来了便利。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选取我院口腔科门诊2009年1月~2010年8月收治的需要进行口腔修复的患者277例作为本次实验的研究对象。其中男134例,女143例,年龄17~51岁,平均(35.78±7.88)岁 ......
