[摘要] 脓毒症是机体对严重感染的全身反应，研究表明其易感性和临床转归与机体的遗传背景等多种因素有关。笔者对与脓毒症相关的Toll样受体基因多态性进行如下综述。

    [Abstract] Sepsis is defined as the systemic inflammatory response of the body to an infection. Numerous studies show that the susceptibility and clinical outcome of sepsis associated with the different genetic background. This review summarizes the research on relationship between the sepsis and Toll-like receptor gene polymorphisms.
