[摘要] 目的 研究MMP-2和Fibulin-5在女性盆底功能障碍性疾病(PFD)患者中的表达及其意义。 方法 用免疫组化SP法检测各30例正常对照及PFD患者阴道前壁组织中MMP-2和Fibulin-5的表达。结果 MMP-2在正常组中表达明显低于PFD组，差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)；Fibulin-5在正常组中表达明显高于PFD组，差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)；分娩次数对MMP-2和Fibulin-5表达影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；绝经前后MMP-2与Fibulin-5表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；MMP-2和Fibulin-5呈负相关(r=-0.495，P<0.01)。结论 MMP-2和Fibulin-5在PFD发生发展中起着重要的作用。MMP-2及Fibulin-5对PFD疾病的发生发展影响的途径不同，MMP-2和Fibulin表达互为拮抗。

Expression and Significance of MMP-2 and Fibulin-5 in Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the expression and function of MMP-2 and Fibulin-5 in the patients with PFD. Methods Biopsies of vaginal wall tissue were obtained at the time of surgery from 60 women. The tissue of 30 with PFD was compared with that of 30 women with other benign conditions. The expression of MMP-2 and Fibulin-5 were detected by immunohistochemistry in vaginal wall tissue. Results The expression of MMP-2 was significantly higher in patients with PFD (P<0.01)；but the expression of Fibulin-5 was lower(P<0.01)；and delivery times and menopausal status have nothing to do with the expression of MMP-2 and Fibulin-5(P>0.05)；there was a negative correlation between MMP-2 expression and Fibulin-5 expression (r=-0.495，P<0.01). Conclusion MMP-2 and Fibulin-5 may play an important role in the onset and development of PFD；and the method of it may different from traditional injuries. MMP-2 and fibulin-5 would antagonized each other.
