硝普钠\硝酸甘油联合银杏达莫注射液治疗高血压脑病的临床疗效(1)

[摘要] 目的 观察硝普钠、硝酸甘油联合银杏达莫注射液治疗高血压脑病的临床疗效。方法 将60例高血压脑病患者随机分为对照组及观察组，每组30例。在高血压脑病常规治疗的基础上，对照组给予硝普钠治疗，而观察组给予硝酸甘油和银杏达莫注射液治疗。结果 两组治疗后血压变化均数经t检验(P>0.05)，尚不能认为两样本总体均数不等，两组有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，而痊愈率差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)，硝酸甘油联合银杏达莫疗效更好。结论 两种治疗方法均具有良好的临床疗效，硝酸甘油联合银杏达莫注射液较好改善症状，较硝普钠使用方便。

Clinical Effects of Sodium Nitroprusside, Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection Combined with Nitroglycerin in Treatment of Hypertensive Encephalopathy

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effects of sodium nitroprusside, Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection combined with nitroglycerin in treatment of hypertensive encephalopathy. Methods Sixty patients with hypertensive encephalopathy were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. On the basis of the standardized therapy of hypertensive encephalopathy, the control group was given sodium nitroprusside, and the observation group was given nitroglycerin combined with intravenous injection of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole. Results After the treatment, the square changes in blood pressure was evaluated by t-test(P>0.05), and the overall square ranging from two samples had no significant difference (P>0.05), while the cure rate was statistically significant(P<0.05)， and nitroglycerin combined with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection had a better efficacy. Conclusion The two methods have good clinical efficacy on improving the symptoms, and nitroglycerin combined with Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection is better in improvement of symptoms and easier to use compared with sodium nitroprusside.
