固本调周法联合中药外敷治疗慢性盆腔炎患者的临床观察(1)

     [摘要] 目的 评价固本调周法联合中药外敷治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效，对慢性盆腔炎的治疗方法及药物作用机制进行初步探讨。方法 本研究采用固本调周法联合中药外敷治疗慢性盆腔炎，以单纯中药固本调周法为对照，比较临床症状的改善情况，观察免疫功能调节指标补体C3含量、CD4、CD4/CD8及内分泌指标雌激素(E2)的变化。结果 两组总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，两者均能上调补体C3、CD4、CD4/CD8水平，但治疗组较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组均能上调雌激素水平，但两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 固本调周法联合中药热罨包穴位外敷，可通过上调补体C3、CD4、CD4/CD8、E2等指标，较单纯固本调周法治疗能更有效调节免疫指标，改善免疫功能，取得良好临床效果。

    Clinical Observation on The Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease with Chinese Medicine Strengthening the Origin and Regulating the Menstruation Cycles and Minoxidil

    [Abstract] Objective To observe clinical effect on the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with chinese medicine strengthening the origin and regulating the menstruation cycles and minoxidil. To conduct apreliminary study on the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease，and the mechanism of chinese medicine. Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups，the 30 patients in the treated group were treated with chinese medicine strengthening the origin and regulating the menstruation cycles and minoxidil and the other 30 patients in the control group simply treated with chinese medicine strengthening the origin and regulating the menstruation cycles. Efficacy of treatment on clinical condition，some immune function(CD4， CD4/CD8，complement component C3)and some endocrine function(E2)were observed.Results The cure rate in the treated group was no obviously superior to that in the control group(P>0.05). Some immune function(CD4，CD4/CD8，complement component C3)were increased respectively in both groups(P<0.05). These indexes in the treated group were significantly different to those in the control group(P<0.05). Endocrine function(E2)was increased respectively in both groups(P<0.05)，but there was no obviously superior in two groups. Conclusion Chinese medicine strengthening the origin and regulating the menstruation cycles and minoxidil could improve immune function better.
