[摘要] 目的 探讨食管癌放疗患者预防和减轻其毒副反应的护理方式。方法 对51例确诊食管癌放疗患者，给予心理护理和健康教育，严格观察不良反应，及时做出处理和相应的护理措施。 结果 51例接受放疗的患者，顺利完成放疗，未发生严重并发症。 结论 放疗是治疗食管癌的有效手段，配合切实可行的护理措施，即可保证放疗的顺利完成。
