    [摘要] 通过对2例肺癌患者经支气管动脉灌注化疗术治疗后发生严重并发症的观察和分析，探讨其并发症的发生原因、防治与处理措施。本文中2例患者均因支气管动脉灌注化疗术的严重并发症而死亡，1例患者死于大咯血，1例患者死于肺梗塞。故支气管动脉灌注化疗术需谨慎实施，对其并发症要早期发现，及时治疗，使危害减少到最小程度。
