[摘要] 目的 调查并了解本地区已婚育龄妇女常见妇科疾病的患病情况，分析其影响因素。方法 本研究共抽取研究对象810名，对其影响因素的调查采用问卷的形式进行，所有的研究对象均进行妇科检查，同时填写“妇女病普查登记表”。结果 本研究中患病率最高的为乳腺疾病37.6℅(305/810)，其次为宫颈炎17.8℅(144/810)，对乳腺疾病有影响的因素为研究对象的文化程度、职业及年龄，经logistic回归分析发现文化程度对于乳腺疾病的影响差异有显著性；对宫颈炎有影响的因素为调查对象的文化程度、职业及是否参加妇科病普查，经logistic回归分析发现是否参加妇科病普查对于宫颈炎的影响差异有显著性。结论 乳腺疾病和宫颈炎是本地区育龄妇女发病率较高的疾病，应针对以上影响因素加强育龄妇女上述疾病保健知识的学习，加大育龄妇女常见妇科病的普查力度，以使其发病率降低。

The Prevalence and Influencing Factors of Common Gynecological Diseases in Married Women of Childbearing Age

[Abstract] Objective To survey the married women of childbearing age in the district the prevalence of gynecological diseases and analysis its influencing factors. Methods This study included 810 cases and the form of a questionnaire survey，all subjects underwent gynecological examination，Simultaneously and independently fill out the ‘Women and the census card’. Results In this study，the highest prevalence of 37.6%(305/810)for breast disease，17.8%(144/810) followed by cervicitis，The influencing factors of breast disease was education，occupation and age，but multivariate logistic regression analysis identified that the difference of education was significant. The influencing factors of cervicitis were education，occupation and participating in gynecological survey，but multivariate logistic regression analysis identified that the difference of participating in gynecopathy survey was significant. Conculsion Breast disease and cervicitis are women of childbearing age in the region a higher incidence of the disease，these factors should be strengthened for women of childbearing age to learn the knowledge of the disease，health，women of childbearing age should increase common gynecological screening efforts to reduce its incidence.
