[摘要] 目的 探讨丹参注射液对四肢骨折患者血液流变学及血清炎性因子的影响。方法 选取2009年1月～2011年3月的76例四肢骨折患者为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组(常规治疗组)38例和观察组(加用丹参注射液组)38例，后将两组患者治疗前及治疗后1d及7d的全血黏度、全血还原黏度、血浆黏度及红细胞的聚集指数、刚性指数、电泳指数和血清CRP、IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平进行检测及比较。结果 观察组治疗后1d及7d的全血黏度、全血还原黏度、血浆黏度及红细胞的聚集指数、刚性指数、电泳指数和血清CRP、IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组，两组各项因子水平呈现先升后降的趋势，有显著性差异或有非常显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论 丹参注射液可改善四肢骨折患者血液流变学及血清炎性因子，促进骨折尽早愈合。

Study on the Influence of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Injection for the Hemorheology and Serum Inflammatory Factors of Patients with Four Limbs Fractures

[Abstract] Objective To study the influence of salvia miltiorrhiza injection for the hemorheology and serum inflammatory factors of patients with four limbs fractures. Methods All 76 patients with four limbs fractures in our hospital from January 2009 to March 2011 were selected as research object，they were randomly divided into control group(routine treatment group) 38 cases and observation group(salvia miltiorrhiza injection group) 38 cases，then the whole blood viscosity，whole blood reduced viscosity，plasma viscosity and aggregation index，rigidity index，electrophoresis index of RBC，serum CRP，IL-1，IL-6，TNF-α of two groups before and after treatment at the first and the seventh day were detected and compared. Results The whole blood viscosity，whole blood reduced viscosity，plasma viscosity and aggregation index，rigidity index，electrophoresis index of RBC，serum CRP，IL-1，IL-6，TNF-α of observation group were all lower than those of control group，all the serum factors of two groups increased first and then decreased，there were significant or very significant differences(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion The salvia miltiorrhiza injection can improve the hemorheology and serum inflammatory factors of patients with four limbs fractures，and promote fractures healing.
