[摘要] 目的 探讨中医疗法对股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效。 方法 对临床已经确诊的12例股骨头缺血性坏死的患者进行纯中药治疗，并观察治疗前后症状、功能改善情况等。结果 通过2～12个月的中药治疗，总有效率为100%。结论 中医疗法能够显著改善股骨头缺血性坏死的临床症状及功能状况，应用中医中药对本病的保守治疗值得重视。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of the TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine) on ischemic necrosis of the femoral head. Methods All 12 cases of patients with ischemic necrosis of the femoral head were only treated by the application of TCM. Then the changes of symptoms and functions et al for treatment were compared.
