[摘要] 吗啡是镇痛中最常用的阿片受体类药物之一，微小剂量(腰麻)或小剂量吗啡(硬膜外麻醉)不但能减轻吗啡所致的副作用，还能满足镇痛要求。本文就微小剂量或小剂量吗啡联合氟哌利多镇痛及其对产妇的催乳素、皮质醇的影响的研究进展进行综述。
