[摘要]目的 探讨阿托伐他汀联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病的临床应用价值。方法 回顾性分析70例糖尿病肾病患者的临床资料,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组应用阿托伐他汀及贝那普利,对照组应用贝那普利,治疗周期6个月。比较两组患者治疗前后TC、TG、UAER 、Scr、BUN及MAP水平。结果 ① 观察组患者治疗前后TC及TG水平均有明显下降(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组患者TC及TG水平较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。② 治疗后,两组患者UAER均有明显降低(P<0.05),观察组UAER为(52.39±29.57)μg/min,明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。③治疗后,两组患者MAP均有显著降低(P<0.05)。结论 阿托伐他汀联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病疗效好,可以明显减少UAER,保护肾功能,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Curative Effect of Atorvastatin Combined with Benazepril in the Treatment ofDiabetic Nephropathy : A Clinical Observation

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical application value of atorvastatin combined benazepril in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. MethodsRetrospective analysis the clinical data of 70 diabetic nephropathy patients . They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, The patients in the observation group were treated with atorvastatin and benazepril, while the patients in the control group were treated with benazepril, treatment cycles for 6 months. The levels of TC, TG, UAER, Scr, BUN and MAP before and after treatment were compared. Results①The TC and TG levels after treatment were significantly reduced compared with before treatment in both of the groups(P<0.01). After treatment, the TC and TG levels of the observation group were markedly lower than the control( P<0.05). ②After treatment, the UAER levels of two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05), the UAER level in the observation group were(52.39±29.57)μg / min, it was significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.05). ③After treatment, the MAP of both groups were significantly lower compared with before(P<0.05). Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with benazepril has good effect in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy, they can significantly reduce UAER and protect renal function ......
