顺尔宁联合舒利迭气雾剂吸入治疗儿童支气管哮喘疗效观察(1)

[摘要]目的 观察顺尔宁联合舒利迭气雾剂吸入治疗支气管哮喘的疗效，为支气管哮喘治疗方案提供进一步的参考依据。方法120例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组各60例，均给予补液、解痉、抗炎、吸氧等常规治疗。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予布地奈德气雾剂吸入，而治疗组给予顺尔宁，1次/d，睡前温开水送服，同时联合舒利迭气雾剂吸入治疗，对两组的疗效等进行分析。结果 对照组总有效率为76.7%，治疗组总有效率为95.0%，两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.254，P=0.0062<0.01)。与治疗前比较，两组患儿治疗后FEV1占预计值百分比、PEF占预计值百分比明显增加，且治疗组改善更为明显(P<0.05)。结论 顺尔宁联合舒利迭气雾剂吸入治疗支气管哮喘具有协同作用，疗效确切，能明显改善患儿肺功能，值得临床推广。

[Abstract] ObjectiveTo observe the Seretide combined Singulair oral inhalation aerosol treatment bronchial asthma, and to provide further reference for bronchial asthma treatment plan . Methods All 120 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into control and treatment groups of 60 patients， two groups were given rehydration， antispasmodic， anti-inflammatory， oxygen and other conventional treatment. Control group was given conventional treatment based on inhaled budesonide aerosol，while the group was treated with Singulair tablets once a day，warm water was going to bed， and inhalation therapy combined Seretide Aerosol， the two groups after treatment were analyzed. ResultsThe total effective rate in control group was 76.7%，the total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.0%，and the total effective rate had statistically significant difference(P<0.01). Compared with before treatment， two groups patients’FEV1% predicted，PEF% predicted increased significantly after treatment，and the treatment group was improved more significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion The Seretide combined Singulair Oral inhalation aerosol treatment bronchial asthma is synergistic and effective，and it can significantly improve lung function in patients，and it is worthy of promotion ......
