吸入沙美特罗-氟替卡松辅助噻托溴铵对稳定期COPD的研究(1)

     [摘要]目的探讨吸入沙美特罗-氟替卡松辅助噻托溴铵对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的疗效,并对其肺功能治疗前后的变化情况进行研究。方法90例稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者依入院顺序分为观察组(常规治疗+吸入沙美特罗-氟替卡松辅助噻托溴铵)和对照组(常规治疗+吸入沙美特罗-氟替卡松)两组,每组共45例,规律治疗l2周。 比较两组治疗的效果,同时检测两组的肺功能指标治疗前后的变化情况。结果 观察组患者的有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前的肺功能各观察指标比较,无明显差异,治疗后两组患者肺功能各观察指标均上升,且观察组升高的较对照组更明显(P<0.05或P<0.01)。 结论吸入沙美特罗-氟替卡松辅助噻托溴铵对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床疗效明显,并能有效改善患者的肺功能,值得推广和应用。

    The Clinical Research of Inhaling Salmeterol-fluticasone Tiotropium for Supporting Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the inhalation of salmeterol - fluticasone tiotropium for supporting stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)effect,and to study its changes in lung function before and after treatment. Methods All 90 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients according to order of admission were divided into two groups(conventional therapy+ inhaled salmeterol - fluticasone auxiliary tiotropium) and the control group(conventional therapy + inhaled salmeterol - fluticasone)two groups of 45 patients, regular treatment l2 weeks. The effects of treatment were compared, and were detected in lung function changes before and after treatment. Results The observation group patients had significantly higher efficiency,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Two groups before treatment of the observed indicators of lung function no significant difference than after treatment, all patients observed indicators were rising, and the observation group was in creased higher than the control group more significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion The inhalation of salmeterol - fluticasone tiotropium for supporting stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has a good clinical efficacy,and it can effectively improve lung function in patients, and it should be promoted and applied ......
