[摘要] 目的 研究牙周干预措施对患有牙周病的2型糖尿病住院患者医疗成本的影响。 方法 选择广州医学院荔湾医院内分泌科2011年2～6月住院的患有牙周病的2型糖尿病患者共67例，其中男 32例，女 35例，年龄40 - 80岁。分为牙周干预组 35例和无牙周干预组 32例 。 结果牙周干预组的住院天数短于无牙周干预组。牙周干预组的住院总费用低于无牙周干预组，具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。 结论 通过对患有牙周病的2型糖尿病住院患者的牙周干预，可缩短其住院天数和降低其住院总费用。

[Abstract]Objective To study the effect of periodontal interventions on medical costs of in-patients with type 2 diabetes and periodontal disease. Methods A total of 67 patients with type 2 diabetes and periodontal disease from February 2011 to June 2011 in department of Endocrinology of Liwan Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College, including 32 males and 35 females, aged 40 to 80 years old. There were divided into periodontal interventions group with 35 cases and no periodontal interventions group with 32 cases. Results The days of hospital stay between the two groups was statistically different. The days of hospital stay of periodontal interventions group is shorter than those of no periodontal interventions group. The total medical costs between the two groups was difference with a significan difference(P<0.05). Conclusion By periodontal intervention, in-patients with type 2 diabetes and with periodontal disease are shorten the days of hospital stay and reduce the total medical costs.

无论是发达国家或是发展中国家，糖尿病的发病率正在逐年增加，糖尿病的治疗费用也以惊人的速度增加。为此糖尿病患者和政府正在付出巨大的代价[1]。而牙周病已经被看作是糖尿病的第六常见并发症，慢性牙周病会影响血糖控制。通过规范的牙周病早期治疗，有效地干预糖尿病的病程，有助于降低糖尿病的治疗成本。本研究通过对患有牙周病的2型糖尿病住院患者的牙周干预，观察干预措施对其住院天数和住院费用有无影响。
1资料与方法
1.1对象及分组
选择广州医学院荔湾医院内分泌科2011年2 ~ 6月住院的患有牙周病的2型糖尿病患者共67例,其中男 32例,女 35例,年龄 40 ~ 80岁。所有糖尿病患者均经口腔门诊检查，纳入研究的病例必须在半年内未经任何的牙周治疗。以检查后有无进行牙周干预分为两组：牙周干预组共35例,男 17例, 女 18例,年龄为47~80岁。无牙周干预组共32例,男15例, 女 17例,年龄为40 ~76岁。
1.2检查指标
糖尿病的检查指标有：糖化血红蛋白；血糖；肾功能；尿微量蛋白；视网膜及微血管病变；血脂等。牙周病的检查指标有：菌斑指数；牙龈指数；龈沟出血指数；探诊出血；牙周探诊深度；牙松动度。
