抚触配合蓝光治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的研究(1)

[摘要] 目的 研究抚触配合蓝光治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床疗效。方法 将2008年1月～2010年1月住院治疗的68例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿随机分为两组：对照组33例，每日给予持续蓝光照射治疗；研究组35例：在对照组的基础上进行抚触，每日2次，每次15～20min，比较两组患者黄疸消退情况、黄疸指数治疗前后的变化情况、新生儿首次排胎便的时间、首次排黄便时间。结果 两组治疗后均取得了较好的疗效，且研究组的总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有显著性(P<0.01)。研究组和对照组的黄疸指数治疗前比较，差异无显著性，治疗后两组的黄疸指数分别较治疗前明显降低，且研究组35例患者的黄疸指数变化与对照组相比，差异有显著性(P<0.01)。研究组35例新生儿首次排胎便的时间、首次排黄便时间明显短于对照组，差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论 抚触配合蓝光治疗新生儿高胆红素血症具有较好的疗效，有利于患儿黄疸的消退，值得推广。

The Study of Massage with the Blue-ray in Treating Neonatal Hyperbilirubinemia

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical efficacy of massage with Blu-ray treatment neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods All 68 cases neonatal hyperbilirubinemia hospitalized cases were randomly divided into two groups from January 2008 to January 2010. The control group of 33 patients was given continuous blue light irradiation. The research group of 35 patients on the basis of the control group was given massage twice a day，every 15-20min. Two groups were compared the regression of jaundice，jaundice index changes before and after treatment，the time of neonatal meconium and the first row of yellow. Results After treatment，two group had achieved good effect，and the total efficiency rate of the study group was significantly highe than the control group(P<0.01). The jaundice index before treatment had no significant difference between treatment groups，and after treatment，the jaundice index of the study group and control group was significantly lower than that before treatment，and the jaundice index change of study group of 35 patients compared the control group was significant different from the control group(P<0.01). Study group of 35 cases of neonatal meconium in the first row of the time，the first row of yellow was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Massage with Blu-ray treatment neonatal hyperbilirubinemia have good effect，will help children with jaundice subsided ......
