睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者心理性别差异研究(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨不同性别阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)患者治疗前后心理状况的变化。方法 对136例经全夜多导睡眠图(PSG)确诊为OSAS的患者，按性别分为男72例，女64例，在治疗前后通过Zung抑郁自评量表(SDS)和Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)分别对其进行心理调查，比较各组指标差异。结果 44.85%(61/136)的OSAS患者合并抑郁，男性抑郁发病率为44.44%(32/72)，女性为45.31%(29/64)；35.29%(48/136)的OSAS患者合并焦虑，男性焦虑发病率为34.72%(25/72)，女性为35.94%(23/64)。男女抑郁焦虑发病率均无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗前男女SDS标准分分别为(37.9±5.8)、(41.8±4.5)，SAS标准评分分别为(32.5±4.3)、(34.7±5.1)，女性均高于男性(P<0.05)。治疗后男女SDS标准分分别为(30.8±4.7)、(33.1±4.2)，SAS标准评分分别为(28.7±3.9)、(29.5±4.1)，与治疗前比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 OSAS患者抑郁和焦虑发病率无性别差异，抑郁和焦虑状态存在性别差异，女性高于男性。治疗后抑郁和焦虑均有好转。

Research on Psychological States of the Different Gender Patients with Sleep Apnea Syndrome

[Abstract] Objective To study the psychological states change of the different gender patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS)before and after therapy. Methods The 136 cases OSAS patients diagnosed by the whole night polysomnography(PSG)were grouped with male 72 and female 64 cases by gender, psychological investigation were carried out by Zung Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS)and Zung Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) before and after therapy, comparing the differences of groups. Results 44.85% (61/136) of OSAS patients had depression, males depressive morbidity was 44.44%(32/72), women was 45.31%(29/64); 35.29%(48/136)of OSAS patients had anxiety, males anxiety incidence rate was 34.72%(25/72), females was 35.94%(23/64). Both anxiety and depression incidence rates had no significant differences in gender(P>0.05). The SDS standard scores of males and females were(37.9±5.8),(41.8±4.5), before therapy, the SAS standard scores were (32.5±4.3),(34.7±5.1), men were higher than women(P<0.05).
