即刻种植、延期种植和植骨后延期种植疗效的临床研究(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨即刻种植、延期种植和植骨后延期种植在不同骨缺损下的方法和疗效。方法 回顾性分析我院收治的90例(112枚种植体)不同骨缺损患者，采用随机抽样法分为三组，A组30例(36枚)，行即刻种植；B组30例(38枚)，行延期种植；C组30例(38枚)，行植骨后延期种植。随访1～3年，对比两组患者近期种植体的稳定性值和远期临床疗效。结果 三组间相比，近期ISQ值和远期临床疗效均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 在行使种植修复时(前牙尤其要注意美观)，只要把握好适应证，运用正确的种植和植骨方式，均能起到积极的修复效果。

The Clinical Effect of Immediate Implant，Delayed Implant and Delayed Implant after Bone Graft

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the methods and effect of immediate planting，delayed implant and delayed implant after bone graft for different bone defects. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital 90 patients(112 implants)in patients with different bone defects，using random sampling method was divided into three groups. A group of 30 patients(36 cases)，the line immediately planted；B group of 30 patients(38 cases)，the line extension of cultivation；C group of 30 patients(38 cases)，delayed planting after the bone graft. Follow-up for 1-3 years，compared two groups of patients with recent values of the stability of the implant(implant stability quotient，ISQ)and long-term clinical efficacy. Results Among the three groups compared to the recent and long-term clinical efficacy of ISQ values were not statistically different(P>0.05). Conclusion In exercise of the implants(the front teeth with particular attention to appearance)，simply choose a good indication for the use of proper planting and grafting methods，the repair can play a positive effect.
