血清中hs-CRP、cTnI、Myo及CK-MB检测在急性心肌梗死诊断中的临床应用价值(1)

     [摘要] 目的 探讨血清中超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肌钙蛋白(cTnI)、肌红蛋白(Myo)及肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)的表达在急性心肌梗死中的诊断价值,探讨其联合检测的意义,以期为研究心肌梗死的发生、发展提供理论支持。方法 本实验以130例不同时点心肌梗死患者的血清标本作为观察组,选取70例体检为正常的成人血清标本作为对照组,观察不同时点心肌梗死患者血清中hs-CRP、cTnI、Myo及CK-MB含量,分析其临床价值。结果 心肌梗死患者发病后血清中hs-CRP、cTnI、Myo及CK-MB明显增高。病情恶化患者hs-CRP、cTnI、Myo及CK-MB持续高水平,病情好转患者血清中hs-CRP、cTnI、Myo及CK-MB持续下降。结论 心肌梗死发病后血清中hs-CRP、cTnI、Myo及CK-MB明显升高,联合检测hs-CRP、cTnI、Myo及CK-MB对心肌梗死的早期诊断及监测治疗有重要价值。

    The Expressions and Clinical Significance of hs-CRP,cTnI,Myo and CK-MB in Serum with Acute Myocardial Infarction

    [Abstract] Objective To detect the expresions of hs-CRP,cTnI,Myo and CK-MB in serum with acute myocardial infarction,investigate the clinical significance,study the occurance and development in disease. Methods All 130 patients with acute myocardial infarction were observed as observation group,70 serum of normal adults were observed as control group. The expressions of hs-CRP,cTnI,Myo and CK-MB were detected in the two groups,the clinical characteristic were analyzed on different time in observation group. Results The expressions of hs-CRP,cTnI,Myo and CK-MB were obviously higher after pathogenesis in the observation group than in the control group. The expressions of hs-CRP,cTnI,Myo and CK-MB were higher in severe patients,but the expressions of hs-CRP,cTnI,Myo and CK-MB were decreased in improved patients. Conclusion The higher expressions of hs-CRP,cTnI,Myo and CK-MB are found in acute myocardial infarction. The combined examination of hs-CRP,cTnI,Myo and CK-MB are helpful to predict the prognosis and direct treatment in acute myocardial infarction.
