伊贝沙坦联用比索洛尔对慢性心衰患者细胞因子和心功能的影响(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨伊贝沙坦联用比索洛尔对慢性心力衰竭患者细胞因子和左心室功能的影响。方法 选择慢性心力衰竭患者80例，随机分组，在常规抗心衰治疗的基础上，治疗组口服伊贝沙坦150mg Qd和比索洛尔5mg Qd，对照组口服伊贝沙坦150mg Qd，疗程为1年。治疗前后检测两组患者细胞因子和左心室功能指标，同时观察患者的不良反应。结果 两组患者治疗后血清肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-1及白细胞介素-6较治疗前低(P<0.05)，治疗组改变比对照组更为明显(P<0.05)。两组患者左室功能明显改善(P<0.05)，治疗组变化更明显(P<0.05)。结论 伊贝沙坦与比索洛尔合用可明显降低慢性心衰患者细胞因子水平，明显改善左心室功能，是治疗慢性心力衰竭的合理方案。

The Effects of Combination of Irbesartan and Bisoprolol on Serum Cytokine Levels and Left Ventricular Function Parameters of Patients with Chronic Heart Failure.

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effects of combination of irbesartan and bisoprolol on the serum cytokine levels and left ventricular function of patients with chronic heart failure. Methods We chose 80 cases of chronic heart failure patients and randomly divided them. The patients in treatment group were administrated combination of irbesartan 150mg Qd and bisoprolol 5mg Qd for one year，and those in control group were only administrated irbesartan 150mg Qd for one year. Before and after the treatment，the levels of serum cytokine levels and left ventricular function parameters were measured，and the side effects of two groups were also observed. Results In both groups，the levels of the serum levels of cytokines including interleukin-1(IL-1)，interleukin-6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05). Compared with the control group，the changes in treatment group were significant(P<0.05). The left ventricular functions of both groups were significantly improved(P<0.05)，and more significant changes were found in patients of treatment group(P<0.05).
