[摘要]目的 探讨Bcl-2，Bax及Caspase-9在子宫内膜异位症(Endometrosis，EMS)患者异位内膜中和在位内膜中的表达及其意义。方法 采用Western Blot法检测Bcl-2，Bax及Caspase-9蛋白在EMS患者异位及在位内膜组织中的半定量表达情况。结果 Bcl-2、Bax及Caspase-9蛋白在EMS患者在位内膜的相对半定量表达值分别为0.5189±0.5176、0.4676±0.2346和0.2873±0.1018，而在异位内膜中分别为0.7348±0.4372、0.2327±0.2417和0.1447±0.1209。异位内膜中的Bcl-2蛋白的表达高于在位内膜，而Bax及Caspase-9蛋白低于在位内膜，差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 与在位内膜相比，EMS患者的异位内膜中的Bcl-2蛋白的表达升高，而Bax及Caspase-9蛋白表达降低，细胞凋亡能力减弱，可能是致使异位的子宫内膜组织在异位种植生长，导致EMS发生发展的机制之一。

The Expression and Its Significance of Bcl-2，Bax and Caspase-9 in Patients with Endometrosis

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the expression and significance of Bcl-2，Bax and Caspase-9 at ectopic endometrium and in ectopic in patients with endometrosis. Methods The semiquantitative expression of Bcl-2，Bax and Caspase-9 at ectopic endometrium and in ectopic in patients with endometrosis were detected by Western Blot. Results The semiquantitative expression of Bcl-2，Bax and Caspase-9 at inectopic in patients with endometrosis were 0.5189±0.5176，0.4676±0.2346 and 0.2873±0.1018 respectively. while 0.7348±0.4372，0.2327±0.2417 and 0.1447±0.1209 at ectopic endometrium. The expression of Bcl-2 at ectopic endometrium was higher than the inectopic ones; while the expression of Bax and Caspase-9 at ectopic endometrium was lower than the inectopicones，and there were statistically significance(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the inectopic endometrium，the expression of Bcl-2 was higher while the expression of Bax and Caspase-9 were lower，which indicated that the ability of cell apoptosis decreased，and which caused ectopic endometrium organizations growing in ectopic place，and may be one of the mechanism which leading to the occurrence and development of endometrosis ......
