福莫特罗/布地奈德联合呼吸训练治疗稳定期COPD老年患者的临床研究(1)

[摘要] 目的 分析吸入福莫特罗/布地奈德(信必可都保)联合呼吸训练治疗稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)老年患者的治疗效果。方法 将我院门诊病历235例老年COPD患者随机分为对照组(A 组)78例 、信必可都保治疗组(B 组)79例和信必可都保联合呼吸训练治疗组(C组)78例。评估各组治疗前、治疗后1个月和治疗后6个月的肺功能变化、呼吸困难分级(MRC)、体质量指数(BMI)和运动耐力[6min步行距离(6MWD)]。结果 治疗后6个月，C组肺功能优于B组，B组优于A组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；C组治疗后6个月的MRC、6MWD评分和BMI较A组、B组和治疗前显著改善，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 信必可都保联合呼吸训练可改善老年COPD患者的肺功能，提高其生活质量。

Effect of Inhaled Formoterol/Budesonid Combined with Respiratory Rehabilitation Training in the Aged Patients with Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the efficacy of inhaled Formoterol/ Budesonid(Symbicort) combined with respiratory rehabilitation training in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Methods Two hundred and tirty-five the aged patients with stable COPD were divided randomly into the compare group(group A)，Symbicort group(group B) and Symbicort combined with respiratory rehabilitation training group(group C). The FEV1，FEV1%，FEV1/FVC，the degree of dyspnea evaluated by medical research council(MRC) dyspnea scale，body mass index(BMI) and exercise tolerance were measured before pre therapy， posttreatment first month and posttreatment sixth months. Results The pulmonary function，the exercise tolerance and the nutrition status were significantly improved in group B and C after treatment(P<0.05). Compared with group B， the degree of dyspnea， the exercise tolerance and the nutrition status were significantly improved in group C(P<0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of Symbicort and respiratory rehabilitation training in patients with COPD could improve the pulmonary function and the life quality.
