[摘要] 目的 探讨小剂量阿司匹林对原发性高血压患者血小板生化指标的影响及可定的干预作用。方法 将121例原发性高血压患者随机分为阿司匹林组和可定组，阿司匹林组持续服用阿司匹林、可定组在服用阿司匹林1周后加服可定，两组在服药1周及4周后，分别检测用二磷酸腺苷(ADP)和花生四烯酸(AA)作诱导剂的血小板聚集率(PAG)、血浆P-选择素和血栓素B2(TXB2)浓度。结果 1周后血浆P-选择素、TXB2浓度与AA和ADP诱导的PAG均呈正相关；血浆P-选择素浓度与TXB2浓度也呈正相关；两组间三项指标比较差异无统计学意义。4周后两组AA和ADP诱导的PAG、血浆P-选择素和TXB2浓度均显著低于1周后的检测值(P<0.01)；可定组上述指标均显著低于阿司匹林组(P<0.05)；两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 可定能增强阿司匹林对原发性高血压患者的抗血小板疗效，且不增加不良反应。

Intervening Effect of Rosuvastatin on Antiplatelet Treatment with Aspirin

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of small dosage aspirin on platelet biochemical indexes in patients with primary hypertention diseases and the intervening action of Rosuvastatin. Methods The 121 cases were assigned to the aspirin group and the Rosuvastatin group. Both group took aspirin for four weeks，but to patients in the Rosuvastatin group，they were given rosuvastatin for three weeks. Then the blood levels of P-selectin，TXB2 and PAG induced by AA and ADP were detected twice after both groups were medicated for one week and four weeks. Results The first determination showed the concentration of p-selectin and TXB2 were positively correlated with PAG，either induced byAA or by ADP. Positive correlation also showed between plasma level of P-selectin and TXB2. There was no significant difference of three indexes between two groups(P>0.05). Reexamination showed that levels of the 3 indexes significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.01)，and all were lower in the Rosuvastatingroup than in the aspirin group respectively(P<0.05).There was no difference inthe incidence of adverse reaction between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Rosuvastatin could enhance antiplatelet effect of aspirin for patients with primary hypertension without increase of adverse reaction.
