[摘要] 腱鞘巨细胞瘤又称良性滑膜瘤，是手部较常见的良性软组织肿瘤，足部少见。本病病因不清，目前认为与局部外伤、炎症关系密切。MRI是腱鞘巨细胞瘤术前诊断和评估的有效方法，最终诊断则根据组织病理学检查而确定。手术彻底切除是治疗腱鞘巨细胞瘤的唯一方法。

    [Abstract] Tendon sheath giant-cell tumor, also called benign synovialoma, is a soft tissue tumor which is usually found in hands, rarely in foot. The cause of this disease is not clear up till now, and it is widely believed that it is caused by external wound or related to inflammation. Before operation, MRI is one of the effective methods to diagnose and evaluate it, and the final diagnosis should be made on the basis of histopathological examination. Currently, the only way to get rid of it is to have a complete excision operation. This paper, by offering some basic knowledge of tendon sheath giant cell tumor, aims at improving the air attendants’ consciousness of foot health. ......
