达菲林对25例女性真性性早熟的性激素及生长指标与超声检查的影响(1)

[摘要] 目的 探讨达菲林对女性真性性早熟的疗效以及对性激素和生长指标与超声检查的影响。方法 入院确诊的25例女性真性性早熟患者应用达菲林进行治疗，比较治疗前后Tanner分期、LH、FSH、E2、各项生长指标及超声检查指标的变化情况。结果 治疗后患者的Tanner分期较治疗前明显改善，GnRH激发试验LH、FSH、E2均较治疗前明显降低，且治疗后12个月LH、FSH、E2值较治疗6个月后比较也明显降低。25例女性真性性早熟患者治疗后的身高、体质量、骨龄均较治疗前明显增高，BA/CA、超声检查子宫容积、左右卵巢容积治疗后均较治疗前明显缩小。结论 达菲林治疗女性真性性早熟疗效确切，能够明显降低性激素水平，提高各项生长指标，值得推广和应用。

The Impact of Diphereline on 25 Cases of Precocious Puberty in Female Sex Hormones and Growth Indicators and Ultrasound

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the efficacy and impact of Diphereline on female precocious puberty, and sex hormones and growth indicators and ultrasound change. Methods All 25 female patients with precocious puberty treated Dafei Lin, before and after treatment Tanner stage, LH, FSH, E2, and ultrasound examination of the indicators of growth index changes. Results Tanner stage after treatment was significantly improved than before treatment, GnRH stimulation test LH, FSH, E2 was significantly lower than those before treatment and after treatment for 12 months，and LH, FSH, E2 values was significantly reduced than after treatment 6 months comparisons. 25 cases of female patients with precocious puberty after treatment.And the height, weight, bone age was significantly higher than those before treatment, BA / CA, ultrasound examination of uterine volume, left and right ovarian volume was significantly reduced than before treatment after treatment. Conclusion The treatment of female precocious puberty Diphereline is effective, can significantly reduce sex hormone levels and improve the growth indicators, should be promoted and applied.

真性性早熟(trueprecocious puberty)又称完全性同性性早熟、中枢性性早熟或Gn-RH依赖性性早熟。女性真性性早熟近年来发病率逐年升高，目前临床治疗方法较多，常用甲孕酮、环丙氯地孕酮等孕激素为主的治疗方法，且疗效报道不一[1]。达菲林是促性腺激素释放激素类似物(GnRHa)之一，用于治疗女性真性性早熟效果肯定。GnRHa通过降调节，使体内激素恢复到青春期前水平；从而使患儿的性发育延迟、骨龄得以控制，终身高得到改善[2]。本研究旨在探讨达菲林对女性真性性早熟的疗效 ......
