[摘要] 目的 探讨人文护理关怀在经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)术中的作用。 方法 109例行PCNL手术的患者随机分为两组，其中观察组54例在手术中给予常规护理并加强人文护理关怀，同期给予常规护理的55例患者为对照组。比较手术前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分并进行术中并发症发生率的比较。 结果 两组患者术前SAS和SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，术后3天两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分均有下降，观察组干预效果明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组较对照组术中大出血、结石残留、感染等明显减少(P<0.05)。 结论 PCNL虽属微创手术，但术中大出血、结石残留、感染是PCNL较常见的并发症，实施术中人文护理可减轻其焦虑、抑郁程度，减少术中并发症的发生，从而提高手术的成功率。

Effects of Humanistic Nursing on the Complication in Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of humanistic nursing on patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Methods All 109 patients who have gone through PCNL operation at certain time are divided into two groups randomly，including 54 cases were given the common nursing and enhancing the humanistic nursing(the observation group)，and 55 cases were given the common nursing(the control group). Compared SDS and SAS grades and the complication incidence during the operation between two groups. Results There were no significant difference of SAS grades and SDS grades between two groups(P>0.05)before intervention. After operation 3 days，the grades of anxiety and depression of two groups decreased，and the intervention effect in the observation group had a more obvious advantage over that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group，severe bleeding during operation，residual stones and infection etc were significantly decreased in the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion PCNL is a kind of minimally invasive surgery and currently it is a universally acknowledged primary surgical treatment of renal calculi. However，severe bleeding during operation，residual stones and infection etc are common complications of PCNL. Therefore，enhancing the humanistic nursing on patients in percutaneous nephrolithotomy could lessen their anxiety and depression ......
