[摘要] 目的 探讨巨细胞病毒感染对新生儿细胞免疫的影响,为新生儿巨细胞病毒感染的防治提供依据。 方法 选择2008年5月~2010年10月本院巨细胞病毒感染新生儿38例,其中18例出现感染性症状(A组),20例未出现感染性症状(B组),选取同期健康新生儿20例(C组),分别采集三组患儿静脉血,检测患儿T细胞亚群水平。 结果 A组患儿CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+明显低于B组及C组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义,B组与C组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组CD8+水平明显高于B组、C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B、C组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 巨细胞病毒感染患儿出现症状性感染者存在细胞免疫功能异常,临床检测新生儿T细胞亚群水平对判断新生儿巨细胞病毒活动性感染、指导早期治疗有重要意义。

Significance of T-cell subsets detection on the judging of neonatal active cytomegalovirus infection

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection on neonatal cellular immunity, and to provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of CMV infection. Methods All of 38 cases of neonatal cytomegalovirus infection in the hospital were selected, from May 2008 to October 2010. Of which 18 patients had symptoms of infection (Group A), 20 patients with no infectious symptoms (Group B), and 20 cases of healthy newborns were selected in the same period (Group C). Venous blood samples of the three groups were collected to detect T-cell subsets. Results CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ of patients in group A were significantly lower than that group B and group C (P<0.05), while the difference between group B and group C was not statistically significant(P>0.05). CD8+ level of group A was significantly higher than that the group B and group C (P<0.05), however the difference between group B and group C was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion The neonatal with symptomatic cytomegalovirus infection showed cellular immune dysfunction, so it is very important to detect T cell subsets of neonatal to discern active cytomegalovirus and guide primary treatment.
