[摘要] 目的 对烧伤情况进行了解并分析导致烧伤的原因，探讨将烧伤造成灾害性损伤降到最低的预防措施的制定。 方法 将2007～2011年间来我院就诊的1230例烧伤患者作为研究对象，对其流行病学特征以及影响烧伤发生率的因素进行比较分析。 结果 我院5年间收治的1230例烧伤患者发病率最高的年龄段为0～10岁，所占比例高达48.37%；烧伤患者中男性的数量远远多于女性；烧伤原因中所占比例最高的为热液烫伤，所占比例高达81.14%。在烧伤部位中所占比例最高的为双手和头面部，所占比例高达60.50%。烧伤数量最多的职业为工人；农村患者所占烧伤比例较高，为57.15%；烧伤患者中最多的为烧伤面积<30%的患者。 结论 儿童加强看护，在工作中加强管理，加大宣传教育力度，提高工作人员的安全生产意识；对医务人员加强培训，使其对烧伤患者的早期救治水平得到明显的提高，均能够对烧伤病例数的减少起到积极的促进作用。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the burned rate and analyze the reasons leading to burns and to explore the precaution that will cause severe burns to minimize damage. Methods A total of 1230 cases with burn in this study were selected from our hospital, and its epidemiology and the factors affecting of the incidence of burns were analyzed and compared. Results The highest incidence age was 0-10 years in 1230 cases with burn selected from our hospital in five years, and the proportion was up to 48.37%; The male was much more than female; The highest proportion was hydrothermal burns in all the burn causes, and the proportion was up to 81.14%. The highest proportions of all the burn areas were hands, head and face, and the proportion was up to 60.50%. The largest number of profession was worker, and a higher proportion of the burn patient was rural patient, was 57.15%; The most proportion of burn patient was the burn area up to less than 30%. Conclusion Children's intensive care and management work should be strengthened, and increase publicity and education efforts to improve staff awareness of production safety; To enhance the training of medical personnel for the early treatment of burn patients has been markedly improved level and are able to play an active role in promoting the number reduction of burn cases.
