[摘要] 目的 研究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、肝素酶、钙黏蛋白与胃癌生物学行为的关系。 方法 应用免疫组化ABC法检测91例胃癌患者癌组织及癌旁正常组织VEGF、肝素酶、钙黏蛋白的表达。 结果 91例胃癌患者VEGF在癌组织阳性表达率为72.52%，癌周正常组织阳性表达率为16.48%，二者差异有统计学意义。肝素酶在癌组织阳性表达率为80.21%，在癌周正常胃组织也有18.68%的表达率，二者差异有统计学意义。钙黏蛋白在胃癌组织阳性表达率为64.84%，癌周正常组织阳性率为92.31%，二者差异有统计学意义。VEGF、肝素酶和钙黏蛋白的表达与胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移和临床分期相关，VEGF还与肿瘤大小相关，肝素酶和钙黏蛋白与肿瘤大小不相关。肝素酶、VEGF和钙黏蛋白的表达两两之间没有相关性。 结论 VEGF、肝素酶在胃癌组织中表达增高，钙黏蛋白在胃癌组织中表达降低，均与胃癌的生物学行为有关，联合检测VEGF、肝素酶、钙黏蛋白对胃癌的预后判断及治疗有重大价值。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), heparinase, E-cadherin and gastric cancer biological behavior. Methods The expressions of VEGF, heparinase, E-cadherin proteins of 91 cases of gastric carcinoma and adjacent normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results In gastric carcinoma and adjacent normal tissue, the positive expression rate of VEGF protein was 72.52% and 16.48% respectively, and there was significant difference between the two groups. The positive expression rate of heparinase protein was 80.21% and 18.68% respectively, and there was significant difference between the two groups. The positive expression rate of E-cadherin protein was 64.84% and 92.31% respectively, and there was significant difference between the two groups. The expressions of VEGF, heparinase, E-cadherin proteins were closely correlated with differentiation, depth of invasion, metastasis of lymph nodes and TNM stage. And the expression of VEGF protein was also closely correlated with tumor size, but the expressions of heparinase and E-cadherin proteins were not correlated with tumor size. Conclusion VEGF, heparinase, E-cadherin show high expressions in gastric cancer and are correlated with gastric cancer biological behavior ......
