[摘要] 目的 观察NB-UVB联合白芍总苷治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效及对TNF-α、骨桥蛋白(OPN)及IL-6的影响。 方法 治疗组口服白芍总苷胶囊，同时给予NB-UVB照射；对照组只给予NB-UVB照射。 结果 治疗组有效率为92.00%，对照组有效率为76.00%，两组比较有统计学意义(χ2=8.64，P < 0.05)；两组患者治疗后血清TNF-α、OPN及IL-6水平均较治疗前降低，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)，治疗组治疗后血清TNF-α、OPN及IL-6水平较对照组治疗后降低，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)；检测结果与患者PASI评分进行Person相关性分析，结果显示：TNF-α、OPN及IL-6与PASI评分呈正相关。 结论 NB-UVB联合白芍总苷治疗寻常型银屑病可以通过抑制Th1型细胞群的功能，使Th1/Th2细胞趋向于正常状态，较单一NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效好。

Clinical efficacy of NB-UVB with TGP in treatment of common psoriasis and the effect on the levels of serum TNF-α, Osteopontin and IL-6

[Abstract] Objective To observe the efficacy of narrow band ultraviolet (NB-UVB) irradiation combined with total glucosides of paeony (TGP) capsule in treatment of common psoriasis and the influence of TGP with NB-UVB on serum TNF-α, osteopontin and IL-6 in patients with common psoriasis. Methods Patients in the treatment group were given NB-UVB irradiation, every other day, TGP Capsule 0.6 g, 3 times a day orally; Patients in the control group were given NB-UVB irradiation lonely, every other day. Results The total response rate was 92.00% for treatment group and 76.00% for control group, and there were significant differences (χ2=8.64, P < 0.05). The levels of TNF-α, OPN and IL-6 were significantly decreased after treatment (P < 0.05). The expression level of TNF-α, OPN, IL-6 and PASI score were positive correlation (P < 0.05). Conclusion TGP capsule combined with NB-UVB in the treatment of common psoriasis could restrain the function of Th1 lymphocyte to let the regulate Th1/Th2 lymphocyte balance, and be better than NB-UVB irradiation lonely.
