支气管动脉双源64层CT影像解剖学分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 对比分析双源64层CT影像技术在支气管动脉的应用价值及不同点。 方法 选取我院2007年1月~2009年12月收治的肺部疾病患者72例,回顾性分析双源CT在临床诊治肺部疾病中的应用,并对比分析其他影像的各自优缺点。 结果 不同的检查手段在支气管动脉病变部位及程度上敏感性及特异性有所差异(P < 0.05)。 结论 对于支气管动脉病变患者,单源CT与双源CT在敏感性和特异性上无显著性差异,临床上可作为筛选检查手段,但双源64层CT影像更利于支气管动脉及肺部病变的早期发现、诊断和治疗。

    Anatomical analysis of bronchial artery with dual-source 64-slice CT angiography

    [Abstract] Objective To comparatively analyze the clinical value and differences of dual-source 64-slice CT angiography (CTA) in bronchial arteries. Methods Seventy-two patients with lung diseases treated in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2009 were selected, and clinical applications of dual-source CT in the diagnosis and treatment of lung disease patients were analyzed retrospectively, and other images of the respective advantages and disadvantages were also comparatively analyzed. Results There were differences in sensitivity and specificity of different checking means for detecting the location and severity of bronchial artery lesions (P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients with bronchial artery diseases, single-source CT and dual-source CT have no significant differences in sensitivity and specificity, and can be used as screening tools in the clinical examination, but the dual-source 64-slice CT imaging is more conducive to the early detection, diagnosis and treatment of bronchial artery and pulmonary diseases.

    支气管动脉发自胸主动脉,攀附于支气管壁,随支气管分支而分布,营养肺内支气管壁、肺血管壁和脏胸膜,是肺支架组织的营养血管,供应呼吸性支气管以上各级支气管,并与肺动脉末梢毛细血管吻合,支气管动脉发源部位及支数变异较多。其临床病变较多,当狭窄加重或完全闭塞时易导致组织缺血、缺氧、坏死,引起功能障碍[1]。主要因素有高血压病、冠心病、糖尿病、体重超重、高脂血症等。随着老龄化的加快及饮食结构的调整,发病率呈明显上升。

    临床上诊断支气管动脉病变程度方法很多,由于单源CT的时间分辨率未能突破100 ms,无法获得满意图像质量。随着科技的进步,双源CT影像技术近年来在临床开始应用。本文现就我院采取该技术治疗支气管动脉病变患者的对比研究报道如下。
