[摘要] 目的 调查人工流产术前患者的焦虑情况及相关影响因素。 方法 对364例行人工流产终止妊娠患者术前的焦虑状况及相关影响因素进行调查分析，调查内容主要为：行人工流产患者的年龄段、婚姻状态、学历、付费方式、对手术是否了解、既往手术史、手术室以及医护人员等医源性相关知识的了解情况。 结果 364例行人流术患者在不同年龄、婚姻状态、学历、付费方式以及相关知识方面的焦虑发生率不同，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)；已婚组行人流的年龄高于未婚组，且已婚组受教育程度高中及以上的明显高于未婚组，已婚组、未婚组的焦虑状态评分均明显高于常模，但未婚组明显高于已婚组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 人工流产术患者术前焦虑水平较高，针对相关影响因素采取针对性的干预治疗或者护理，有利于手术顺利进行，降低手术失败率。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate preoperative anxiety and related factors with the abortion patients. Methods All of 364 cases of artificial abortion was investigated and analyzed with preoperative anxiety status and related influencing factors. Surveys mainly were age group, marital status, education, payment method, whether the surgery understanding of the history of previous surgery, operating room and medical staff and other iatrogenic and other related knowledge to understand the situation. Results The rate of anxiety in different age, marital status, education, payment methods and related knowledge was statistically significant (P < 0.05); The anxiety of comparative analysis showed that the age of the married group were higher than the unmarried group flow, and the married group and level of education above high school group was significantly higher than the unmarried, and the married group, unmarried group anxiety scores were significantly higher than the norm, but the unmarried group was significantly higher than the married group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Preoperative anxiety of artificial abortion is high.
