[摘要] 目的 探讨大隐静脉内激光成形术(EVLT)治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法 选择2009年6月～2010年6月我院收治的120例下肢静脉曲张患者为研究对象，观察组应用大隐静脉内激光成形术，对照组应用传统剥脱术，比较两组的手术情况、并发症和复发率。 结果 观察组出血量、切口长度、手术时间、住院时间均明显优于对照组(P < 0.05)；观察组并发症发生率为10.3%(7/68)，远低于对照组的35.4%(23/65)，差异有高度统计学意义(P < 0.01)；观察组无一例复发。结论 大隐静脉内激光成形术具有手术时间短，创伤小、恢复快、愈后美观、并发症少和复发率低等优点，是治疗下肢静脉曲张的安全有效的微创疗法，值得临床进一步推广应用。

Saphenous vein during laser angioplasty for the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities：a clinical analysis of 60 cases

[Abstract] Objective To explore great saphenous vein in laser angioplasty (EVLT) for treatment of varicose veins of lower extremity clinical curative effect. Methods All of 120 cases patients with varicose veins of lower extremities were treated as the object from June 2009 to June 2010. The observation group used in laser angioplasty of saphenous vein，the control group used conventional stripping operation. Comparison of two groups of operation，complications and recurrence rate. Results The observation group blood loss， length of incision，operation time， hospital stay was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).The observation group complication rate was 10.3%(7/68)，was far lower than that of control group 35.4%(23/65)，the difference was significant(P < 0.01).The observation group no recurrence in 1 patients. Conclusion The great saphenous vein during laser angioplasty with shorter operation time，less trauma， quicker recovery，after the more beautiful，less complications and recurrence rate is low and a lot of advantages，is the treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremity of the safe and effective minimally invasive therapy，worthy of further clinical application.
