[摘要] 目的 观察丹参对哮喘患者治疗的疗效,进一步探讨其对哮喘患者外周血CD4+和CD25+调节性T细胞的影响机制。 方法 选取90例哮喘患者,采用随机对照的研究方法,将90例支气管哮喘患者随机分为观察组(常规治疗+丹参)和对照组(常规治疗)各45例,于治疗前和治疗后比较两组患者治疗的疗效、肺功能的变化情况以及治疗后两组CD4+CD25+Treg的变化情况。 结果 经过治疗后,观察组的疗效明显优于对照组,两组肺功能治疗后均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组较对照组改善更明显,治疗后两组的CD4+CD25+Treg均较治疗前明显升高,且观察组较对照组升高更明显,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 应用丹参治疗支气管哮喘疗效确切,可明显改善患者的肺功能,且分析其疗效可能是通过调节CD4+CD25+Treg而发挥免疫作用机制而实现的。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the efficacy of salvia on treatment asthma, and further to exploreies mechanism on the peripheral blood CD4+ and CD25+ regulatory T cells. Methods All of 90 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (conventional treatment and salvia) and control group (conventional therapy) of 45 patients, and before treatment and after treatment the treatment efficacy for patients, lung function changes, as well as changes of CD4+ CD25+ Treg after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the efficacy of the observation group was better than the control group, after treatment, two groups lung function significantly improved than before treatment, and the observation group was improved more significantly than the control group, after treatment compared with before treatment, two groups CD4+ CD25+ Treg was significantly increased, and the observation group was increased more significantly than the control group; these indicators were compared and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Salvia treatment of bronchial asthma may significantly improve lung function, and its effect may be due to regulating CD4+ CD25+ Treg and playing a role in the immune system ......
