[摘要] 目的 观察低分子肝素联合小剂量尿激酶治疗进展性脑梗死的临床疗效。 方法 将40例急性进展性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,对照组20例采用血栓通进行治疗,观察组20例在对照组基础上采用低分子肝素联合小剂量尿激酶联合治疗,比较观察两组的临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分及血小板凝血指标变化。 结果 观察组的总有效率为85.0%,而对照组为55.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。观察组治疗后神经功能缺损评分明显降低,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);并且观察组治疗后神经功能缺损评分明显低于同期对照组水平(P < 0.05),而对照组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分无明显变化(P > 0.05)。两组治疗前后PLT、APPT、PT和TT水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。 结论 低分子肝素联合小剂量尿激酶对进展性脑梗死治疗,能够明显提高疗效,改善神经功能,并对凝血指标没有明显影响,值得临床推广应用。

The efficacy of fraxiparine combined with low dose of urokinase in treatment of progressive cerebral infarction

[Abstract] Objective To observe the efficacy of fraxiparine combined with low dose of urokinase in treatment of progressive cerebral infarction. Methods Forty cases of progressive cerebral infarction patients were randomly separated into two groups, which control group with 20 cases was treated with xueshuantong and observation group with 20 cases was treated with fraxiparine combined with low dose of urokinase at basis of control group. The clinical efficacy and changes of neurological deficit score and platelet coagulation between two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 85.0%, while 55.0% in control group, and there was a significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Compared with pre-treatment, the neurological deficit score was significantly decreased in observation group (P < 0.05), and significantly lower than that in control group (P < 0.05), while no significant difference in control group (P > 0.05). There were no significant differences in PLT, APPT, PT and TT between two groups before and after treatment (P > 0.05). Conclusion Fraxiparine combined with low dose of urokinase in treatment of progressive cerebral infarction can enhance clinical efficacy, improve neurological function and has no impact on coagulation, which can be applied in clinic.
